That said, in my professional experience, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
My aim is to provide outstanding levels of service whenever I can, however I can, for as long as I can.
This "client first" philosophy has been my approach in all my work and it has served me well. It requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. I am dedicated to my clients and committed to building my business on relationships. Running it exclusively by referral is my goal. Many people in the real estate business spend the majority of their time and energy trying to drum up new business by cold calling, door knocking and mailings etc. I believe this is largely a waste of time for everyone.
You see, as long as you and my other satisfied clients keep referring me to people of comparable quality and character, who are in need of the services I can provide and who will appreciate the same level of attention and service then I don't have to go out prospecting like everyone else. This allows me to devote my time and resources to providing even better more comprehensive service to you and your damily and family.
In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
